Actually I agree with the idea to upgrade the site despite what some others are saying. If you would like to get some improvement ideas, go check out Hunt Washington Forum. It is very well set up, easy to navigate, and I like its design much better than any other western forum that is out there...

Some of those non-resident price increases are pretty steep... Other than the listed bonus or preference point fees at the bottom of the list, I don't see any info on how they are proposing those points to work.
