My daughter wants to shoot a "Sniper Rifle" for her birthday. Are there any companies in Utah that let you shoot their long range rifles for a fee, say trying to get a 1000 yard shot?

I love the Henry Mountains. I get there about four times a year just to camp and spot big deer. I just came across an old Indian legend about giant snakes living in one canyon, or somewhere. Has anyone ever read anything about that. Do you have any links or written stories ? I want to check it...
