Hunt along the river, north of Orovada. There are some alfalfa fields 10-15 miles north, get on the west side of them and you will find what you want.

I got plenty of birds, here in Yerington, Nv. And I've had an interest in elk hunting in Co. We should talk! I just retired from guiding a couple of years ago and my specialty was turkeys. Season is in April and I have tags available.
