2k here going the lease route should get you 2-3 bucks, several doe permits and all the hogs you care to throw bullets at.

IM doing a back country hunt and would like to cut weight so I hope that laptop is a ultra thin carbon Lenovo. Plan on using gloves so it doesn't have to have touch screen.

To be perfectly honest, with the cost outfitters charge for hog hunts, you could join a deer lease in ETX and kill hogs as a byproduct on a yearly basis.

IF population objectives aren't met, pulling the trigger isn't going to help. If population objectives aren't met and winter range can't handle the lower numbers then pulling the trigger isn't going to help. If population objectives have been surpassed, it doesn't matter.

Maybe they'll pay landowners large chunks of $ for easements that the govt will need to maintain.
