yeah, Mud Flat is paved about twenty miles past Grand View - pavement ends at the Oreana Cutoff Road. Not a lot of places to camp around poison creek from what I remember. One little picnic area about 5 miles past the end of pavement has trees and a bathroom, I saw an archery hunter tent camp...

I did that last year. Things I learned - sitting in tree stands is cold, and waterfowl hunters at lake lowell don't wait for legal light. I will send a PM.

RE: Super -hunt - Moose 125 - I would go early in October to catch the peak of the rut. In my experience moose are fairly predictable till the rut, when they travel quite a bit looking for cows. In regard to calling there is a good youtube series by Frank Ritcey - you should google it up...
