Shot a mature ram in NM. Made some sausage and burger, the burger is some of my favorite. Great taste with a little bit of fat added. I'd eat it over mule deer. The backstrap was pretty tough

I have a B14 Hunter and I don't think it's that light of a rifle. You can do better if weight is a concern
