Ranch Details:

La Palmosa encompasses roughly 156 square miles boasting brilliant mesa and mountain topography ranging in elevation from 4,200 to 8,600 feet. The ranch consists of approximately 100,000 acres and was established to restore native wildlife to the Chihuahuan desert. The herd of free range Desert Bighorn Sheep found on the ranch is relatively young having been transplanted about 15 years ago. Because this area is so ideal for the species the rams being taken are some of the best found anywhere in the world. Most rams bases are between 15 4/8 to 16 4/8 and it's not uncommon for their length to be between 38-40 inches and lightly broomed. The majority of the rams end up scoring enough points to make it to the Boone and Crockett all time record book.

Ranch headquarters is an immaculate five-star lodge with individual casitas lavishly appointed with exceptional artwork and Sante Fe inspired antique furnishings for the enjoyment of family, friends as well as hunting and business clients.

Has nothing to do with SFW. Tony just does drawings for these hunts. Like many state draws, just another $10 for a chance at a tag.

This is another opportunity for guys to draw a hunt for an application fee. Last year I did this with 10 Vernon vouchers and it was well received. So this year I rolled it into this Sheep and Mule deer hunt so not just the rich guys get to hunt them. This is just my project that I want to build into something bigger. The money is all reinvested into more opportunities. Hopefully someday I can make some money at it and maybe help conservation. As of right now I am just trying to build it. I appreciate MM for promoting this and hope you all will apply. There is an early bird deadline the end of March. We are giving away a Vortex Optics package. So get applied early.
