I'm ready to head for the High Country of Wyoming and find some big bucks! I have a few that I'm interested to see if they're back this summer. One that I think could be a real stud. He was in a good spot to not get shot last year, so I think he probably survived the hunt, hard to say if he made it through the winter.
Hopefully I have a tag in my pocket come this summer.

This is him.

This is what's fun to see, big bucks in the high country.

I'm going to try out 1 of those Cellular Trailcams (Verizion/xFinity) compatible just to see how they work out from 300 miles away!!!

I really like that rule and agree with it on public land for sure! I am conflicted with it's use on private land though as the people I know using those are whitetail hunters who don't want to put scent down when checking trail cams... I think that is a good reason, but what if they get a big buck on camera, aren't they going to go out and hunt that buck right a way? I don't see that as being an ethical practice so I guess I am okay with outlawing them. Will game wardens be trained on how to tell the difference in trail cams?

Well, like many laws, there'll be people who will break it. It'll be other hunters who will do most of the policing. Warden's, once they get a tip, will be able to bust people. I don't think it's unenforceable. I'm sure warden's will be provided photos and makes and models of trailcams that can send images and video.

Does that apply to private land???

I only use the ones with internal storage but I thought about a wireless one due to when someone steals it I know who.

Nfh..The cellular trail cams we've tried are far from real time! Somedays with perfect signal on both ends you can get close to real time. Even then its delayed 15 minutes.
We like them for time saved hiking in and out to switch cards and batteries. The ability to erase the card remotely is nice! We have ours set for once a day delivery to save the batteries.
I don't see an advantage the way we use them for bow hunting whitetail vs old school Other that scent control there just convenient and a lot of fun when you get bored.
A bit pricey to!

Thanks for the info. I mainly watch my place for deer, people treapassing and been trying to catch a mountain lion that likes to scare the horses. After 2 years havent seen the kitty cat
