High of 57 and rain today. Been raining on and off for the last week. Its par for the course.

Thanks guys, I would rather get real weather data from feet on the ground than trust the internet weather reports.
Is the feed still abundant or is it burning up or running in short supply?

Can't remember when it hasn't been abundant! Fire hasn't started yet. That can change fast tho.

Still plenty of green feed but the water is much needed! Every puddle and pond i seen in 3 days of scouting was completely dry.
Take it or leave it just what I seen.

Yes fresh snow. That picture was taken on Monday about 1.5 miles into the wilderness at about 7800 feet. Rained / snowed pretty much all day that day.

I’ve been scouting for deer in that country for the past two weeks. My truck and quad are caked in mud. There is lots of water and everything is very green. I would be interested to hear how your scouting goes. Send me a PM if you would like to chat. Thanks
