Great memories! Congrats!
96 yds. Got him early Saturday morning on opening day. We had him scouted pretty well. I was able to get some good video and may use in a Ramos Hunts and Video. It was just my son, his friend who also had a tag, myself, and the friends father. Was able to get him a nice buck on opening morning also.

My daughter and I leave this week for our pronghorn hunts. Can't wait!!!
She killed a good one last year, after trying for a giant for 2 days. So we are going to try and beat that one.

What are the specs on the muzzy? What bullet?

The muzzleloader is a .45 LR Customs. The bullet used on this hunt was a 300 grain Parker Black Max. I like that bullet for pronghorn and mule deer but like the 300 grain Fury Startip 2 for elk. Bullets are swaged for a bullet to bore fit. 125 grains by weight of BH209.

Nice meeting you also! Have been fortunate enough to do that hunt with my daughter once and my son now three times. Stopping at Dandy’s after a successful hunt has become a family tradition.
