Let's See Those 2020 Muley Success Photos!

Anyone want to WIN this bino case? This month our friends at Bad Ass Outdoor Gear have got TWO Badlands Bino XR Cases to give away to TWO of you who share great mule deer success photos from this year.

Even if you've already shared them on the site, share them again in this thread. Feel free to post multiple photos if you've got them and a little detail, as I'd like to add the photos to the annual Big Buck Contest.

We'll run the photo contest until late November or so and then I'll pick a couple winners based on what I think is the coolest pics. I'll also let photo likes help guide my decision. Just a fun contest.

Thanks to Bad Ass Outdoor Gear for donating the prizes for the contests and PLEASE everyone, when you're in the market to upgrade your gear, please shop Bad Ass Outdoor Gear and give them a chance to earn your business for good. They've got a large selection of hunting gear for you to look through.

Here's the prize that's up for grabs.

Why not? I only had 3 days for deer this year and given the current the WY herd conditions, I did not have high hopes. I ended up shooting the only buck I saw on the second day of the season. At first light I caught a glimpse of him slip into the cut banks. No real idea what he was, but just enough to know I should try to see more. In the bottom the sage was 6 foot tall and the oxbows and sage created an almost infinite amount of beds. I also knew there were other deer in the bottom as well. So I decided to sit and watch... All day I watched the cut bottom where he went from 8am all the way until 5:30 that evening. In the mid day 2 hunters came in and worked the ridges right above him but they never got with in 700 yards they had me super nervous. At 5:30 I move out to glassing spot above the cut bank bottom and start glassing. At 6:00 I find 2 doe up feeding in the sage. I Glass and about 1000 yards away he is up feeding towards me. I close the distance, expect to find him at 300 yards out and instead he was at 80. He turned directly into the sun to run. Ran out to 300 yards and stopped. 1 shot dropped in his tracks...

Found him right as the sun set.

First Wyoming buck and best Mule Deer to date. I grew up hunting in WA State so big ones are hard to come by. This was last Monday during the cold snap in SW Wyoming, it was unreal for Oct. Truck temp might have been off but not by much. Just under 170. Had a awesome experience out there !

Here is my Idaho general season, 7 x 7 public land, DIY Buck. I haven’t shot a deer in Idaho since 2014. That one was a 33 inch main frame mid to upper 170 buck. Cool buck.
Because of selective harvest I figured the 2014 buck may be my last. I hope I don’t have to wait another 5 years After this one. If the streak ends like this though it would be worth the wait.

Tried to do 2 different pics. Still figuring this out. Colorado eastern plains archery from this year. Very very happy

WOW! All great bucks congratulations to all. My son and myself arrowed two great bucks on our ranch this fall but wouldn't compare to these great bucks pictured.

So many fantastic trophy photos!! Congratulations to you all!

It was tough picking winners, really tough. I used "likes" to help guide me, but because some photos were posted a couple months ago and others more recently, I can't rely on that completely. What I look for is first, a happy looking hunter. Then, photo quality is important. And then of course, big stuff is really fun to look at. So, here are the winners in the contest.
