This is very dated info but I hunted in there a lot during the 1990s as I was living in Colo back then. I was mainly hunting for elk. Back then it had one of lower deer populations of the places I hunted across the state. However I did kill my biggest muley buck so far there. Basically walked up on him at timberline in 8 inches of fresh snow one opening morning. Shot him at 60 yards
