6mm Remington

I wanna say my sister has one. Like a rem model 7 or something.
243’s here also. 30 years ago I would never buy a gun with a metric name, on account of the commies. It’s the chineese writing of yesteryear.

This time of year I live near Reno. I have a few boxes of factory ammo to give away. Im not gonna ship.

My mom has killed a pile of blacktail deer with a Remington Model 740 in 244 Remington which is the same as today's 6mm Remington.

Been shooting one since 1978...had a new barrel put on it a few years back. While I was at it, refinished the stock, and bedded it. Have shot a half dozen or so elk with it, couple semi's full of deer and pronghorn, one black bear, and a bighorn sheep with it.

Killed my first deer with it in 1980.

All fixed up, new fast twist pac-nor, factory duplicated contour, Super Match Grade barrel, refinished stock, yada yada:

Still works right fair:

Buzz, I love the old M77s. You must have come of age about the same time I did. That's a nice piece of wood and it looks like you have that old ride back in prime condition.
I've never owned a 6mm, but I'd say yours has served you well, and it's ready to keep giving!

You won't ship it, but I know you have access to an airplane. You could fly it to Eureka and I could meet you at the airport.

Just an idea.

Since you mentioned the airplane.....I can drop ship them to you. PM me with your address. Or Bessies' address.
