I think it will stay pretty close to the same in units that give out 100+ tags. What say you?
I personally believe almost nobody sat out during 2021, I could be wrong though.Point creep slowed in 2020 due to COVID and then came roaring back in 2021 because everyone was ready to go hunting.
I think point creep in 2022 will be worse than average. I think there are people that stayed out of the game in 2020 and 2021 and will be back in for 2022.
Yeah, I agree. I don't think it could increase much. I think almost everyone applied.In Colorado for Deer, I think you may actually see point drop or stay the same. Lots of people put in this year due to the later season dates so major point creep on several units. They have doubled and tripled the tags on the 3rd and 4th season and those quality bucks are just going to be far and few for a few years. At least I am sitting on 14 ish points and thinking I might wait for 5-6 years to see if something changes. I scouted the unit I was think about this weekend, and I wasn't impressed. I can do a general hunt in my home state and find 2 points.
