My 2020 Colorado 3rd season buck.

Well after a week of hitting it hard i finally turned up a buck older than a 2 year old. Killed this guy the second to last morning. Was able to get him out in one trip. (Not recommended lol)

I feel pretty lucky as i seen lots of guys shooting spikes and two points. It was a tough hunt for sure.

Very tough for us. Our group went 1/3 and it was me and I shot a 2 point on the way out for meat since my boys love the steaks.

Call you Get ‘er Done Jake. Another successful hunt. You put in the time and effort and the results follow. Congratulations Colorado keeps getting tougher. We got lucky early this year, but hunted 14 days a year ago between 2nd and third seasons and never fired a shot. Sad what their management plan is doing to the deer herd. Make the South Slope look good.
