CO 61 Allout hunt

Waited 23 years to draw unit 61 3rd season tag. Hunted with Allout Outfitters. They were a super outfit focused on each hunters wishes. Being 69 and having some health issues, they tailored each days hunt to what I was capable of doing. Saw numerous bulls, including 6x6’s. But this big 5x5 tripped my trigger.

Yes it is! The big bulls I saw all summer and fall for the most part had great fronts but weak on top

Congrats! I actually hunted this bull with JT for 3 days in the 1st season but never saw him again after day 1

The big ones are so darn smart. Saw him at 7:30am and he went and bedded down. Sat on him to 5:00 pm, before him got up and gave us a shot.
