Went out this am and bumped into this lone sow..Quick and easy hunt for a Holiday ham for friends and family.. Merry Xmas to all my fellow MM members.. ????

Sorry to say, you won’t have it cured in time for Christmas but it’ll be ready for Easter! So still a holiday ham. ?

Reality is it will be sausage and chops, just getting it done for the holidays...?? it's easier to go buy a nice holiday ham or it used to be..I don't even want to see how expensive they will be for the holidays this year????

I’d BBQ the back straps with a little lowrys and lemon pepper before I’d buy a holiday ham!
