Lance to start for the 49ers

Well, posted several weeks ago that I think Jimmy G is a good quarterback and they should get rid of Trey lance. In the second half of the season Jimmy was the best quarterback in the league rating wise until last week. However, much of that game he had a torn UCL in his thumb, and it is looking like it is bad enough that he will not play this week. Almost everyone has been screaming to put in Trey Lance. Well here we go. I could be wrong but I think he will be a bust. May have a few good games because he's very athletic big and strong like Kaepernick but in the end, run first quarterbacks never get it done. Niners traded three first round draft picks to get him. Kyle Shanahan has got suspect judgment, from clock management, to game situations to draft picks. I am cheering for Lance and the niners, but my eyes tell me he is a bust. I hope I am wrong.

The record the last few years doesn't lie, with Jimmy they're a Super Bowl contender, without him they lose far more than they win.

The odds of Niners winning their next two games has plummeted now. If they pull it off this week and Saints lose they can still make the playoffs, but Jimmy is just too injury-prone to rely upon for a team to be great. And Trey isn't ready.

I know a team that would be willing to trade Drew Lock for Trey Lance straight up.
