Happy New Year to everyone on the Forum. Hope you all have a wonderful, healthy, and prosperous upcoming year.

Decided to have our NYE treat be those ribeyes that I cut off those on-sale roasts we featured so prominently last week. OMG, they are sooo good!! Roasted red potatoes, fresh salad, and baked bread. Dessert may have to be Bailey's and ice cream. Don't know if I will see the ball drop here, but I can cheat and watch in another time zone!!
