Blackhorn 209 in stock

The Sportsman’s Warehouses in the SLC Utah area has had it on their selves over the last few days. 1 can limit. I was able to get the amount I need for a few years over the past few day. More factory ammo and reloading supplies on the selves than I have seen in a long time. Only a few more items to find and I can’t stop buys stuff and go back to save my money for tags.

Smith and Edwards in West Jordan Utah got a couple cases in today. They know what they want for it at $65 a can but they have it if you need it. It probably won’t last long even at that price. It it starting to show its self on the shelve. Good luck.

Dang it, had 2 bottles in my cart, but had to check with my brother to be sure he could go this year. When I went back, they were gone. Will have to watch for the next time....

Better hurry. I got 2! “Only” $47.5
Question: Why would you only buy 2 when Hazmat and shipping is so much. May as well buy 5, which is the limit, that way you spread that extra cost out over 5 bottles. You could easily sell the extras. I've done this several times with friends.

I think that is a good plan, especially if you have enough friends that need some. But whether it’s black powder supplies or rifle ammo, I don’t need more than I need. I guess I think if we all wouldn’t hoard, there would be more to go around. I still had 1&1/2 bottles and just wanted to be sure I was good thru my hunt next fall. I shoot some all year to keep tuned, but don’t shoot just to shoot. And it’s too expensive to shoot much right now! ?

sadly, It will never be cheaper than it is right now.

They way I found it is signed up for notification from those websites that allow that. And just checked the other sites several times a day. I have a direct “favorites” link to Powder valley (and other sites) on my phone that takes me directly to the BH 209 page. I was a day late last time too, so turned up the effort

The good news is that powder has been, pardon the pun, trickling in lately at a more frequent pace (online and at my LGS).

Tried to order some Blackhorn 209 at online website and may have been scammed....had to pay with Venmo and haven't heard from the seller since last week. Reported to Venmo.

thx , will a 250tez kill elk good do people use them for elk?
Go with the 290 for elk, great bullets !!, See how they load and look at the 290 TMZ also, different sabot. Blue ( TEZ ) loads easier than yellow (TMZ) in my TC prohunter but the yellow sabot TMZ is more accurate.

i would love to get anything but i have researched for 3 straight days and cant find anything , especially primers , magnums

The Barnes 250 of both types are in stock on midway, add your email to 290s and buy them when they come in. 209 primers are spotty in stock like everything else.

Cabelas in Idaho Falls has about a dozen cans, but they are $65!!
