New Hardware!

I'm hoping this "New Hardware" is going to get me back in the hills soon. This X Ray is 6 weeks post op.

Looked painful. If nothing else you'll able to feel a big front moving in.

I had the same type of surgery about 9 years ago. You will be fine, but listen to the doc when he/she says no weight bearing. Best of luck...

Ouch,I kinda know what you are going through,I had surgery on my left foot this time last year,It is still numb but the pain is gone GOOD luck.

WTF did you do? I tore all the ligaments in my ankle last July and it still hurts… I can’t imagine the pain your feeling…

Make sure you fast once or twice a month and drink Kombucha. It does help to cut down on inflammation. Glucose is the enemy of healing.
