Doesn't say, but my guess is these are some of the elk killed by wolves in Wy. on their way to the Elk refuge.

That's not a normal migration. That's what happens when a pack of wolves move in.

There is a migration in the Craig CO area that can be really impressive. We lucked out one year on a trespass late season cow hunt. Over and done on 3 by 10 minutes after shooting light. We then were treated to the " migration show"..probably 3-400 walked past us in an hour.
