...a partial tri-tip for the first time. This is after prepping with olive oil, a rub & seasonings and left to marinate in the fridge overnight. It's in the oven for tonight's dinner as we speak to cook to 125 and then get seared in a pan befoere resting. I'll update this thread tomorrow.

It turned out really good --- both tender & tasty. Added peppercorn sauce, half-baked tater, steamed carrots, small ear of corn & a glass of red zin. Even have enough left over for two more meals.
