A woman on a diet!! If there's two, it's twice as bad.

Girls went to their heart docs yesterday, and the MIL had gained 3# since Thanksgiving, and Sweet Tooth was up 5#. When they got home I was told that WE need to go on a diet. Yeah, I was included in that, and saying I was fine where I was at, just threw premium gas on the fire!!! If they tell me I need to quit drinking, I'm throwing 'em both out in the cold until they behave.

So tonight, they settled for chicken patty sandwiches in the air fryer, and I got to have CFS and pepper gravy sandwiches. Added plenty of veggies and fruit so they were happy. Those darn tomatoes were a dollar each, but they were worth it!!

Their F&C's are supposed to be great. Every time I see them there's a line a block long. One of these days I have to try it.

Looks beautiful. I'd have to drive around all the time with malt vinegar in the truck, and just stalk them!!

I still haven't got real comfy with our air fryer. Use it more to heat stuff rather than actually cook it.

Pocatello ? Idaho Falls? I tried his food once and he had a very long line. When I got my food it was greasy so I think his oil temp had dropped some.

Yep. When my wife brings home a bottle of Best Foods Mayonnaise...."LIGHT", I know the good times are over.
