...of ceviche yesterday. This time it includes both crab & shrimp, along with the red onions, jalapeno & serrano peppers, tomatoes, celery, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, Worchester sauce, V8 Juice, hot sauce & various spices. Turned out a bit too hot but still tasty & quite edible. ?

It's delicious, but it's a good thing my sense of taste is at about 30% capacity. Even at that, this batch is really hot. I left in all the seeds from the jalapeno & used TWO of the little dried red serranos. Then I hit it with several dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce & an ounce or two of the Spicy Hot V8.

Haha looks great Tony but I am as white as they come I can not handle much heat. That would kill me.

I just finished slicing up a small piece of sirloin to make carne asada tacos tonight. I decided to marinate it in the juices from this ceviche. So while getting it ready, I ate a few spoonfuls of the ceviche. Now that it has aged overnight, the heat factor took a healthy uptick. My mouth is still burning a 1/2 hr. later and after two full glasses of water. And I'm mostly high heat-tolerant.
