Whipped out the deep iron, so I could cook in the kitchen, and watch the Masters golf in the LR. Worked out great, with a 40-50 mph wind, just cracked open the window and it blew the oil smell right out the exhaust.

Double-dipped in wheat and AP flour, egg, season salt, garlic, and ground black pepper. Some Idaho fries and slaw. Alternated between spicy Chipotle and blue cheese for dipping. Yummy!!!

I do my wild turkey similar, I use an egg wash and dredge them in Bisquick with salt and pepper. Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing for dipping.
