My first bear

I took a trip up to Spirit River Alberta this week for my first Bear hunt. I took this big guy on my third sit. He hung up about a hundred yards away and sat and looked at the bait for over an hour. I feel so lucky to get him. I was hunting with Big Tine Adventures. He weighs 400lbs. 7ft.5in and measures 20 6/16 inches.. Booner!!

Awesome bear! I need to get up to Canada one of these years, and get a giant like yours. I’ve looked into that outfitter before, and it seems like they are quite consistent on great bears!
