Is he a taker for you?

I’m starting to think about looking for big bucks in the high country. Anyone else?

Is this one here a taker for you this year? If you use score at all to try and describe bucks, what do you think he’d be?

Pretty hard to pass most places, mid to high 170's I would guess, if he had a little more mass I couldn't pass just about anywhere

I'd say that buck is in the 170s too bad he doesn't have some decent eye guards if he was on one of my general season units here in Utah I'd take him

Beautiful buck, nice frame. Do not think his forks are deep enough to touch 180. 174/176. Hard to pass that one.

Great buck, nice frame. High 170’s. Depends on the circumstances but probably a first day shooter…. Especially these days.

Nice buck for sure but all depends on what area and other bucks seen. Love the boxy frame; looks like 175 buck!

This is the kind of buck I DON'T want to see on my LE deer hunt in Utah this year until at least day 6. Like others, I find myself saying... if only he was heavier and had eye guards... meaning he's almost what I'd love to find. But towards the end of a hunt, if bigger bucks hadn't been found, I'd be pretty happy with this guy.!

I would guess him just breaking 170. It would depend on the state/unit/weapon and how many days I had left to hunt if I would shoot him or not.

Pretty buck looks to be mid to upper 170’s to me. I wouldn’t be shooting him thinking I was killing a 180+.
