The custom CDS dial for my VX-6 2-12x 42mm scope seems to come off to easily. I tighten all 3 tiny allen screws equally. Then I turn one literally 1/3 of a turn and it instantly falls right off?

Leupold CDS question | Guns, Bows, Shooting, etc.

I've been looking at the CDS for one of my rifles, I was worried if the turret was exposed it would get spun easily going in and out of a rifle scabbard, anyone had any issues with this?

Leupold will help out. I had a problem with a knob falling off during a hunt once.

Some pics, does anyone know if this is a BDC dial or a M2/M3 BDC dial?

That is a standard CDS dial. M2 are .5MOA dials and taller.
