Woman vs Man - Prime Rib Conundrum!!

Wife came in, all upset, that a vacuum packed prime rib roast had leaked, and the bag puffed up. She said "We have to eat this right now!"

Being a logical male, and knowing it was wrapped in Saran-Wrap and frozen solid, my first thought was "We should just re-bag this". Being older, smarter, and still happily married, my immediate answer was "You're right dear, I'll thaw it promptly, season it very well, and we will have it for Sunday dinner!!!"

Nothing better than center-cut prime rib!!

Mine, and hers too!!! We didn't descend from cave men by being picky eaters.

We have one in the freezer too, just might have to break the seal and make sure the wife finds it.

I usually take my mom for Prime rib a couple times a year. She sent me a text last night with this picture and asked if I was going to come down soon. (Yup)
