How is it that someone can hunt G unit

Here comes the Wyoming resident Hate and Venom….. Let it go, for the love of Gawd

I have a buddy that has drawn 3 years in a row…..

1st year- burned points
2nd year- Applied with a group with more than enough points
3rd year- random draw…. There are 100 random tags. It can happen I guess

Apparently he’s a lucky bastard…. The Wyoming Whine-fest is as old as moldy cheese at this point. Get off the internet and go enjoy the unbelievable menu of outdoor activities that you residents are blessed to have at your finger tips.

Yet here you are on the Wyoming forum bitching and whining. Hypocrite.....

I could care less about NR screwing over NR. I care even less about NR hunting G every year. I do find it very funny how NR are all worried about the state of Wyoming screwing them over, however, NR have been jumping in front of eachother for years, screwing those in front of them. Not a peep from people like jims and a few other hypocrites on MM.

To answer your question, let's suppose it takes 5 points to draw G. If I can find a friend with 10 points, we can apply together, average our points, and get drawn. Next year, I've got to find someone else with 10 points that will apply with me. So, as long as I find someone to apply with, I can get drawn.

BTW, I'm looking for a friend with 10 points. How many you got? :D :D

Why don’t you just ask the person instead of starting a thread about it? Or take 5 mins to research how the Wyoming draw works? You must not apply in WY so why do you care? Or do you apply without knowing how the actual draw works?

Got it… So, people are doing their research, and utilizing the system that the state set up. I wish Colorado would average points, and let people put together groups that can apply and draw together.

I love Wyoming BTW…. Buzz can act like a tool, online, but other than that, I might just buy a house there, so I can tell all the Texans to Get off my lawn!

I'll have 13pts next year. Looking to go in 2024 so will have 14pts by then.

I'm actually looking for someone to share points with as I'll have 14pts in 2024. I think it took like 9pts to draw this year. So even if you have max points you still can't draw with someone with 0 points. In the regular draw that is...

But I guess if you have 2 people with say 28pts then I guess the 3rd person can draw with 0 points as a party. But man, finding folks with this same scenario year after year is impressive.

Not that impressive when you advertise for it and your day job is scouting half the year and most the people on a website you built know that lol

I have a region G tag. I will be out early trying to find some good ones. I will have my mules with me and hopefully i will run into some mature bucks. will be archery hunting. if any one is willing to point me in the right direction. I will listen Thanks

Wyoming has been good to me on some pretty good antelope tags!
 
All this NR crap is null & void in my eyes. I live in a state where many non residents hunt & welcome them. There monies help the small communities they hunt out of & besides I thought we were all Residents of the United States of America. I will be hunting your state, as I have off & on for 25 years & 2 other states I do not live in this year. Follow state rules or change them. All of us our in jeopardy of loosing our rights & not just our right to hunt & carry arms! So Vote red in November & get over it.

First post. Let’s get this **** started!! I’ve drawn 4 yrs in a row. As a NR. It’s called point averaging .not rocket science . And I probably will next yr to.

I wouldn't doubt there are some people that are making up fake kids to scam their way into getting cheap points to share. I'm sure the state of Wyoming isn't ignorant to it and there would be a nice paper trail to easily convict anyone dumb enough to attempt a scam like that.
