Was just thinking about all the applications that I have sent in during the years and wondered how many total bonus points I have. I came up with 175 for 6 states that I apply in. Wow, how unlucky do I feel. How many do you have?
Arizona 27 Antelope Nevada 22 Cali Sheep Utah 24 elk Wyoming elk 4
24 Deer 23 Rocky Sheep 5 deer deer 6
5 elk 6 antelope 14 antelope ant 2
1 deer

Colorado 5 deer Penna 7 elk

Been burning some. I've drawn 2 bull moose and a sheep tag in Wyoming since 2015. Burned 14 deer points in Montana this year. Burned deer points in Arizona last year, have drawn 4 bull elk in Arizona but should be about due another. Drew desert sheep in Arizona but back up to 11 points for rocky mountain bighorn. Have a boatload of moose, sheep, goat points in Montana.

Mountain of points in Utah, Nevada, and Colorado. Utah alone I have 24 for deer and sheep. A bunch more for general deer, elk, bison. Nevada from 10-20 points for everything.

Try every year to burn them all.

Total points? No idea

This can be a depressing thread! Lol ?
I have 184 between 3 states and 196 total for 5 states!

Just looked up my points in NV, UT, MT, and AZ...total of 304.

Only other state I have points in is Colorado, mostly sheep but quite a few for deer, pronghorn, and elk.

Supposedly have points in Texas as well, I apply for stuff there every year.

I'll give every one of you this deal...

I've cashed out UT & WY recently so I'm on the "low" end at 205*

*but if you taking into account NV squaring points I come with 7,420 :D

Wow! I’m afraid to even say lol
Drawn OIL moose in idaho
Drawn LE elk, deer, antelope & OIL mtn goat in Utah
I do have 15 points for Colorado because I keep collecting points lol and have drawn 5 second choice tags in those 15 years
4 for Arizona deer 0 elk
3 Nevada deer 3 elk
0 Wyoming

Buzz just blew 14 for our shitty deer hunting. mtmuley
Yeah, it was dumb ever starting to collect points for deer. Isn't an area in Montana worth waiting that long for a tag.

Don't worry, your suburbia/ranchette 'root bucks are in no danger, didn't burn points on that crap "hunt".

Before this year's draw in UT I had 147 pts in UT. That includes bonus and prefence points. Burned my 24 LE deer pts this year. I'm trying to burn as many points in every state every year. In NV I'm sitting right at 100 pts. Lots more points in CA, WY, AZ, and CO.

Funny. Don't and never have hunted the suburbia/ranchette bucks. You sure assume a lot of ****. Got a buddy with a good permit. We can compare notes after the season is over. mtmuley

I keep my own hunting notes in journal form, and have been since 1979. No need for me to compare notes with anyone before, after, or during a hunt.

I used 49 this year. Wyoming sheep tag, Colorado muzzy elk, and a good deer tag in the Nevada guide draw. Still have way more than I care to total up!!

And a handful in WY for antelope, deer & elk (drew WY deer in 2019 with max points) And that's it!

Braggin'
I'm down to 0 Wyoming bighorn and moose points and down to 0 desert sheep and mtn goat points in Utah and 0 Colorado sheep points.

A huge thanks to Wyoming, Colorado and Utah for some great hunts!!!

All these were "burned" in area which were of lesser demand so I could actually GO HUNT instead of collect points.
Like Buzz, I try to burn 'em and hunt as soon as possible. Crap changes and points would do me no good to take them to my grave.
