OMG typical had a great post that many of us face…judging a buck with little time and clarity.

So to play off that post what about this buck? He fed away and bedded down without much time to look at.

If you had to pick, based on the 2 pics, which one would you choose to hunt?

This one. Clear enough to see he is a nt beast. Other pic of typical had some illusions going on. Though not clear, this pic shows he is a monster!

I would go after the nontypical because I have a better idea of what he is and know I would be very happy with him regardless of what tag I had. Sometimes it gets old trying to scout/hunt the same buck day after day so I would likely have at least a day or two that I would try to get a better look at the typical.
