If you can glass up a buck early morning, and keep an eye on him until he beds, then keep watching him for a while. A lot of times they will move, to a second bed. Once they’re where you think they’re going to be for several hours, and the thermals have stabilized (If both of those aren’t solid, your odds drop way down). Then you can start moving in very, very, very slowly….

It still probably won’t work out…. But if you repeat enough times, you’ll get a shot. Good luck!!

I like my dear to wear stockings, I usually come from above but sometimes sneak from below…….

This group is full of Smart-A$$’s and Buttholes, also……. I’ve even been accused of such behavior…
Best of luck to you!
Me too but it sounds like beaston can handle it. I'm liking his attitude already.

We can all stand to poke fun at ourselves once in a while...... and then go stalk a deer and take your shot.

Luck bruh,
Zeke

My advice would be get close, then be patient and let him make the final mistake. Bow hunting can be frun but frustrating. Some times they don't make the final mistake. That is when I usually push it and blow them out ?. Also be ready for a quick follow up shot if you miss. Sometimes they will stick around.

You're spot on and your also invented a very applicable new word.
"Frun" that sums up bow hunting for me. Its a combination of Fun AND Frustrating!!
Well done SHG.

Awesome! Can’t wait to see some pics! I’ve seen a couple dandy bucks scouting around this year. So good luck!

You've got good advice already, but in a nutshell...

Keep the wind in your face.
Don't let them catch any movement.
Stay as quiet as possible.
Be patient.

The three biggest bucks I've "missed" on stalks were all due to lack of patience, which led to slight movement and noise at the wrong time.
