There’s still one left in the basin bobcat. Took the picture today
 
This is fake news. No deer like this left anywhere in Utah, let alone the Basin!

I’d bet this thread or other social media post are more lethal than what you’ve got listed. This buck is easily killable where he is at. Quite surprised he’s not been pressured already.
 
Bess, I’ll bet you money that one of two things happens s to this buck.

1- either it dies tomorrow; or
2- it doesn’t.

That's quite the combination of events for all 4 things to take this buck.

So basically some (1) greedy guy wanting to (2) cash in on his insurance policy on his vehicle will have to trespass (3) into where this buck lives and run him over with his (4)vehicle. LOL

Well it sounds like he's not in my unit so he's safe from me for this year. Come next year though he could be in trouble. Hell I might just take the A$$ Whooping for a buck that big. ??‍??????

Wise words, and a great question. One I’ve asked many times. The reality is “we” aren’t allowed to hunt in Bessy’s dream world.

It’s hilarious listening to Bess shout “we have to save this buck!” And that if someone kills it that it is somehow “something bad.” Who needs anti-hunting groups when we have “hunters?”
 
Ya I know. I regret posting anything, just call me a dumb ass, but maybe people will watch now and make sure he doesn’t get shot illegally Or trespassed on. i heard there is a couple young kids of the land owner trying to get him. Thats who should take him. Good luck to them young hunters.

If he's crossing paved highways, I'd put my money on a 2000 lb projectile over a 180 grainer.

Who’s crying now? Seems somebody’s making a fuss about the buck cause they didn’t get a crack at him. Someone pushing the city police chief to try and get city council to create an ordinance that bans any hunting inside city limits. Currently Roosevelt City has no regulations on the topic but that’s all about to change. Hear they’re supposed to be voting on it soon if they haven’t already. Hate crybabies!
