I and 4 other G.I.s swore we would piss on the grave of Hanoi Jane back in 1968. I also have a story to tell about that turncoat traitor.
I hunted her ex-husband's ranch, Ted Turner for buffalo one year. While eating dinner out, our waitress told us this story about Hanoi Jane that happen at the restaurant the waitress was working at.
Hanoi Jane and Ted Turner came into the restaurant to eat dinner. There was a waiting line and Hanoi Jane demanded to speak with the hostess. Jane asked the Hostess, "do you know who I am" the hostess replied she knew she was speaking to Jane Fonda and that she and her husband would have to wait their turn in line as it was a rule by the restaurant owner on "first come, first serve"
Hanoi Jane then demanded to speak to the owner. Hostess brought the owner out and Hanoi Jane asked him if he knew who she was and not make her wait in line to eat.
Owner informed Hanoi Jane that he did in fact know who she was and then went to tell Hanoi Jane that he was a Vietnam veteran and that she would not be served at his business and requested that she leave and not come back.
Hanoi Jane and Ted tucked tail and left without being served.
This incident took place in a small town outside of West Yellowstone near Ted Turner's 40,000 acre Spanish Creek Ranch.

One can only hope she received that treatment 1000 times over in her life- which would be 1/1000th the repercussion she should have gotten for treason.
