This pic is extra special, not because of the size of the animal, but the background of where he lives... Note to self; take more of these kinds of pics in the future!

I’ve taken about 4000 pictures since September
Got way more on my computer and so cards
I agree. It should be less about "us" and more about the critter, the country and the overall experience.those tend to be the kind of pictures i take. i have very few pictures with me in them and more and more i find my self caring less about the animal when i look back as i do where i was. cool pic
Looks pretty dead to me don't think he's looking at muchCool shot! I like the idea of the shot for sure - no right or wrong way to do these things. It's a Ginger vs. MaryAnn thing but the composition doesn't fully appeal to me. I think a shot that included the bull's full head facing out over the landscape would look best. Is that the full shot or is it cropped?
Dealing with an abundance of boredom and working with what the photo has I'd have went more MaryAnn'ish with something like this...a little intrigue - is this a live bull? A dead bull? How'd he get that shot? WTH? I also would clone I-15 out of the shot.

You are a vast over-thinker. I simply thought it was a cool shot worth another look, and a reminder that we should all prolly take a few more similar pics when out and about. But your crop and effects look cool.Cool shot! I like the idea of the shot for sure - no right or wrong way to do these things. Agreed.I like the picture, but I would never put a picture of an animal with a recognizable background on the internet.
