I search farms and ranches for sale in the towns I am interested in. Usually you will find listings by owners and realtors there.

Good genes in the area. Plus, thousands of acres of state and county land nearby for endless walking, if you like. Close to the finger lakes and lake erie/ontario for good fishing opportunities
