I have this one. It sleeps 4 comfortably with a stove and all gear. Footprint is close to 19'. Could get a 5th guy in.

This is a good tent for the money. I previously had the 8 man [seek outside men are really small] and realized after taking my oldest boy out, we'd need more space for my two younger boys. The "12 man" is a good size for 4-5. If you're needing a lightweight tent for that many, jump on this one.
