Conservative radio host, pundit, and former California gubernatorial Republican candidate Larry Elder is the Executive Producer of the documentary Uncle Tom, released in 2020, it quickly became one of the most widely viewed and critically acclaimed documentaries ever produced.. and commercially successful.
It's a powerful and moving piece and includes many historical photos/ videos and a range of interviews with prominent black Conservatives, as well as interviews with with everyday American blacks that are small business owners, and they dispelled many of the racial narratives used by the Left.
When I first saw the documentary I recall thinking how much I would like to meet so many of those interviewed.
Uncle Tom is an unrated documentary, has a few instances of profanity, the word "nigg**" is used maybe 3 or 4 times, and there are various historical photos of the KKK violence, the civil rights race riots of the 1960s, and violence from the 2020 BLM riots. There are criticisms of both the Democrat and Republican parties, but much moreso the Democrats.
I was profoundly touched by this documentary. It's disturbing in places, but an honest portrayal of American black history that effectively destroys many of the Left's political agenda-driven narrative... but it is also an uplifting and inspirational piece that gave me hope that, as deeply divided as we are in the U.S. today, there are many Conservative blacks that stand united with whites and with American values.
Run time on Uncle Tom is @ 1 hour 45 minutes but, for those who haven't already seen it, if you invest the time in watching it, I promise you it won't be time wasted.
Uncle Tom seemed to focus more on what an "Uncle Tom" is and focuses on dispelling the Left's narrative that America is systemically racist, and goes onto show how many blacks have succeeded and prospered here.
Uncle Tom II picks up from where Uncle Tom left off, but focuses more on how the Marxist radically Progressive Left uses racism as a tool to further divide us, creating a dependent class voting base, and push the U.S. further towards Socialism/ Communism and Totalitarian government.
Marx was a racist and who also hated God and religion, and was infatuated with the notion that 'anything that exists must be destroyed.'.. meaning he wanted to destroy any and all generally accepted establishments. Religion, family, Capitalism, generally accepted social norms etc.. needed to be destroyed first before his beliefs could be implemented.
Both of Marx's daughters and their husbands entered into a suicide pact. One daughter and her husband completed the suicide pact after killing themselves, the 2nd husband killed his wife (Marx's daughter), but then failed to kill himself and, after later being aquitted of murder, Marx held a grudge against him.
Marx didn't invent racism, but he was a racist and followers of his have most certainly found ways to replace class warfare with race warfare to push their agenda forward.
