Early application incentive?

I'm trying to find out where it says what the incentive is to apply in NM by March 15. I've seen several places where the NMG&F says "incentives to apply by March 15th" but then it doesn't say where the details are? Seemed like it put you in some kind of prize drawing or similar but so far I've not seen the details anywhere? Thought it might be easier asking here rather than trying to find it in the Regs as I'm thru page 71 so far and no mention of what the incentive is?

I actually called the NMGF and they said they messed up and hadn't listed a link as to what's included. She knew they had some Sportsmans Warehouse gift cards but she wasn't in charge of that so she wasn't sure what else is included????
