Weiser river

Got a weiser river B tag as a non res. I have a hunt plan and plenty of time for the bull hunt. I’m going for meat not antlers so with that said I’m hunting where we have seen elk in years past and shooting whatever looks stalkable. I come to the forums just to put this out there, if you see a bull with bad genetics I’ll shoot it for the meat and hopefully get that out of the gene pool. Let me know if you find any funky bulls you want out of the herd.
Thanks

Usually people are a little more subtle about asking other hunters to find elk for them.
not at all. I have my spots, I have my game plan. just putting it out there if someone sees something that needs to be gone I would be willing to go after it if its near where we call base camp.

Good luck getting anyone to cough up the location of ANY bull in either of these 2 units. 1st off very few Trophy bulls in this zone to start with.. 2nd the # of hunters makes seeing a bull of any caliber rare. 3rd any bull seen by another hunter sporting a tag & rifle is more than likely getting Culled by that hunter.. My advice stick with whatever game plan you have !!

Haha, written with the rhetoric that dudes are actually passing on bulls. Legal bulls, illegal bulls, goofy bulls, cows, brown they're down in that zone. Lol. I hope you fill your tag, I don't think you will have trouble doing so.
