Coffee rubbed ribeye thrown on the pellet grill with smashed brussel sprouts drizzled with garlic bisamic vinaigrette and fresh grated parmesion. And threw in a grilled jalapeño just because. Mmmmmm!

The steak looks wonderful, but those Brussel Sprouts just ruined the rest of the plate for me!! You can have mine. :)
I’m usually not a fan big fan of brussel sprouts, but done up like this I actually really liked them.

Swap out the sprouts for a cabbage steak. Fried with a combination of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and spices to glaze both sides.
Great looking steak.

Brussel sprouts aren’t my favorite vegetable but fixed right they can be pretty good. Looks like Gadget knows how to do it.

I bought some from Sam’s the other day and they were already seasoned. Tasted like olive oil, balsamic and something else. I just added Parmesan cheese to them and put them in the oven. They were pretty good and easy to make.

My wife likes them better than I do.

Can you elaborate on how the steak was cooked?
Let sit on the counter for about an hour to get to room temperature. Heavily seasoned on both sides with coffee rub and sea salt. Heated up the pellet grill to about 425 and tried to get a seat on both sides. Cooked to medium rare. Pulled them and covered with foil for about 15 minutes to rest. That’s pretty much it.

What's in your coffee rub?

Not sure. I order it from 4Rivers Smokehouse out of Florida. They make some of the best BBQ on the planet!(at least in my opinion) You can get their different rubs and sauces on amazon.
Well, the steak sure looks good. I'll look into that. Thanks.
