I worked in Alaska for a couple months at a Sandwich shop 1977. Sliced Prime Rib with salt and pepper on it. Cooked on grill with butter. Then mushrooms, onions, green peppers. Provolone Cheese. I liked them.

We stopped by The Reading Terminal Market for lunch. In ODW’s honor I had scallops, flounder fillets and jumbo shrimp with a hot sausage to boot.
