NM Archery landowner tags

Looking for some assistance/information related to landowner tags. I am looking for options to obtain unit wide archery landowner tags for those years when nobody in my hunting party gets drawn (seems likely this year) as we have already struck out on AZ & MT with a couple others pending. I have found a bunch of outfitters sites, before I start calling them curious if anyone has experience with landowner permits that can provide the type of experience we are looking for.

1) Looking for as close to a DIY experience as possible
2) Not really interested in a guide service, although not clear if that is an option (perhaps drop camp is closest thing)
3) More than happy to bring our own gear (wall tents, food, etc.)
4) Primarily looking for access to the tags and a little knowledge about a unit we have likely never hunted (maybe a couple pins in onX for example)

Not sure if this type of experience exists within the landowner permit ecosystem. Would appreciate insight anyone may have.

Most LO's sell to brokers, I had to commit in December when I bought them but that was years ago.
The voucher is just a way to get a tag, you can diy, guided, or whatever you want with it.

Google NM landowner tags and it’ll take you to the places that broker them. They’re expensive anymore. $8-20k for the mid to top tier units and $4-6k for northern units. Not really any secrets out there anymore in them.

Yea, I believe most of the sites I have been reviewing over the past couple weeks are brokers. I will start making a few calls and see who's story I like the best. On the surface of most sites, didn't really see DIY options, but will dig in with them on the phone.

An independent broker or LO selling the voucher won't care what you do with it. An outfitter will sell a voucher as part of the outfitted hunt.

Get on NMG&F e plus page, look for the landowner list and start calling. Money talks, cash is king and good tags go fast ! The LO vouchers will come out in early June. I would start calling now to see if you can set it up. Once you buy a tag
it’s yours and you can hunt it just like you drew as long as it’s a unit wide tag. Ranch only tag and you would only be able to hunt that specific ranch, guided or DIY

I will have annual Landowner tags, unitwide as a New Mexico landowner....hopefully in hand in another month.

A couple Unit 12 and a couple unit 13. Trophy Units

When I don't draw, I will use one and sell the rest of what I get each year.

Like mentioned above, you can use these just like a draw tag. Go DIY, hire a guide....completely your call.

How much for your unit 12 tags?
