Federal ban proposal

I think it's great!

I'll soon be taking my EV truck (pulling my solar powered (only) travel trailer) and EV 4-wheeler onto federal land with my non-lead ammo here in the near future so as to save the planet.

Man, I hope I can even pay more taxed so we don't have more global warming or climate change or whatever we're calling it nowadays. I'm so glad that taxes fix everything!

I really really hope they hurry with the new Fed digital currency so they (the people who know best) can decide that I'm using too much power and shut me off if I use too much .... for the betterment of all, of course.

Yes, Let's go Brandon!

Wait, I thought the dems were for the environment which in turn would help hunters and fisherman? Isn’t that what Buzz keeps saying.

Giant nothingburger, clickbait, hysteria article written for the low information, low IQ mouth breathers, as per usual.

Lead has been banned for waterfowl since the mid 80's on refuges and shortly after, everywhere.

Best thing to happen to waterfowl hunting was the lead ban. A bunch of grouchy old whiners, "showed them" and quit hunting waterfowl over the lead ban. I offered them "good riddance", and went on to clean house on waterfowl for the next 15 years while they sat on the couch.

The smart hunters will see this as an opportunity to weed out the non-hackers. Isn't tough to find non-toxic alternatives to kill a deer, blast a duck, or sink a hook.

The cost excuse is a real joke...sinkers, ammo, bullets, other than the licenses, the cheapest part of the entire equation.

Hopefully this goes through, good way to keep the uninformed on the couch, where they belong.

Actually lead was banned Nationwide in 1991. It was started to be phased in 1987 and 1988.

Actually that's was the most laughable post I have ever seen on MM. The cheapest part of the equation ? Do you have rocks in your head for brains? Do you have any kids ? Did your Mommy leave you a fortune so you have enough ?
BlockH should be your MM name. Every thing for sale adds up and inflation has hit the roof ! Making 100K is barely middle class today.
Go back to bed , you need some cranial rest.

Yeah, I just bought 1000 etips for my .243/6mm from sps... chump change. In fairness, I do need to snag a couple thousand 7mm etips next time I see them on sps. Hopefully I can afford to keep the lights on when I buy them.

If you can't afford bullets, you can't afford the fuel to get to your hunting spot.

Stay on the couch.

For the record, which NWR's have you hunted in the past 5 years and for what species?

Hopefully I won't go broke buying bullets, I fired 8 rounds through my 6mm testing the e-tips a couple weeks ago on a friends place in Texas.

Killed 7 hogs and a blackbuck...advanced math, .399 cents per 90 grain etip, hell lets round it to .40 cents each.

$3.20 worth of bullets, hopefully I wont have to remortgage the double-wide to afford bullets to hunt with.

Those 90 grain etips at 3300 fps are pretty impressive

What is expensive are the 2 turkeys I killed down there, damn turkey loads are $4/shot. Have a buddy reloading me 25 of the tss turkey loads, $100 a box.

Even counting the expensive turkey loads (somehow I missed a turkey) so...$12 in turkey shells and $3.20 in etips I don't think $15.20 is keeping me from heading back down next year.
