My youngest boy (14 years old) drew a Wasatch midseason rifle elk tag with 2 points. He and my 17 year old daughter also drew Wasatch East general rifle deer tags.

No results for me yet, but I am not expecting to draw anything.

Flabbergasted here. Cannot believe I drew random NR LE Monroe Archery Bull Elk. Deer hunted there last year and was quite impressed with the bulls we saw. Dream hunt for me and plan to thoroughly enjoy it.

I would think you could get out there now. I was out there in early June last year and it was good to go. The road sucks no matter when you go but I would think it is dry by now.

Congratulations! I have been trying for 27 years to get drawn for that unit for an early rifle hunt. It was never going to happen since SFW got involved with Fish & Game. I finally decided to put in for a unit that I would be guaranteed a tag. I got my "Successful" email for the Manti unit, so I am pumped to finally go to Utah with an Elk tag in hand! Also got drawn for general deer in the Beaver unit, so it looks like I will be putting a lot of miles in. Good luck!!

Whelp.... My daughter that drew the Pauns deer tag last year, and a Manti bull tag in 2020, drew her pronghorn tag with zero points.
She's going to be the only person I ever heard of that is on waiting lists for deer, elk, and antelope at the same time.

I went with one of my best buddies last year on his late Manti rifle hunt. It was too fun and he got a great bull.

That's awesome Tony, I know the feeling. Waiting period for deer and elk and drew a pronghorn tag this year. That make I think that's my 6th random tags.

My kid pulled her 1st choice for general season deer and will be hunting on the same unit I hunt on as a dedicated hunter. No elk or mountain goats for me. Now, I have 22 points for elk and 20 for mountain goats.

Based on all the people that I know who got unsuccessful emails today, the general elk season is going to be an even bigger circus than normal this fall. I'm probably just going to do general season archery and focus on my kid during the general season rifle and muzzleloader hunts.

Box elder archery for me 3rd choice. My son that turns 18 tomorrow got a general Ogden unit rifle tag and a LE cache meadowville tag. Mid season with 0 points. It was his second choice. Didn't get any emails til 6:15 tonight and mine at just after 7 pm

4 of us drew general season muzzy deer tags and no limited tags. One son drew a great limited entry deer tag in random draw. One son drew a bunch of unsuccessful's. Hopefully pick up general any bull muzzy tags for us all.

Well, hell....

As many of ya know I started a thread to share my 20 Gen deer points earlier this year.

I ended up going Group with a guy, his wife and his daughter who is an Adult now after her Youth tags.

I have sponsored her in the FFA/4H, she won last year, I worked with her dad years ago and have helped his wife on her Boulder Rifle hunt too.

I'm content to have shared.

My wife now has 22 elk points and my brother 23 deer. We are glad they didn’t draw as my 23 year old son drew archery deer on Diamond and I have a Henry Dec bull bison tag. We may have to change strategy in the future on some of the units the high point holders in our family apply for.

We had lots of unsuccessful draws in our family, but it seems each year with as many states that we apply for that something good always happens. That deer tag for my son really was a surprise.

Best unit in the state. Unfortunately the outfitters will have most of the top their bucks taken out by then. But still a fun hunt and fairly easy to harvest a 190+ buck
