Hickory Smoked Prime Rib

Been in the new house for 3 weeks now. Things are starting to feel like home. I still can't run the appliances, or find anything like before, but we are getting better. Covered patio set up for cooking is nice. Decided to smoke a prime rib on the grill , in hickory chips. Seared at 550 degrees for 30 minutes, then two hours at 250 until internal was 126 degrees. Came out really nice!! Wife was very pleased.
