I still play powerball & mega millions for the same reason when they get over $500 million.

I do the same every year in Colorado Bob- guess it’s just habit for us “older “ guys ! LOL

One time I decided to buy half of the tickets in the Colorado Big Horn Sheep society drawing. Surely I would win.........not.. Greed overcame common sense. I have visited the school of hard knocks a few times !

I have been lucky enough to draw and harvest 2 CO Bighorns and thought about putting in for a desert. I think I am going to let you boys have it. I know it is only $8 bucks now and I don't have to pay for a preference point, but I am trying save my good karma for my 1st goat tag - 20+weighted points and still hoping I will draw while I can climb the peaks! On a side note I will still climb the peaks as long as I think I can find the secret hidden unnamed lake with lunkers in it.

You still have a chance of drawing if you don't buy a preference point? I always thought you had no chance of drawing if you just applied without paying for a preference point.
