Never understood why they only film the shed and the ground. There’s so much more of their surroundings that the viewer could enjoy if they would just point the camera a little higher… it would also justify carrying all that battery weight to get the IG shots.😉

Thinking about training for shed season this next week. Gonna pack up 100 lbs of elk bone at the house, head up on the south facing slopes by the elk where the hiking is easier and throw the loaded elk bone pack on for a romp around the hills. Need to get these chicken legs back in shape for May...

I don’t think there’s anyone on here willing to give up a hunting spot to other mm’ers for the sake of arguing in person. I don’t think there are many willing to waste a hunting season just to hang out in an area that no one has hunted. But I’ll go if big wiff goes…at least I know the food...

I think when shed hunters hit the hills in May, they will tell the other side of the story with how many “winter” has killed.

I’ve used one in the past. Very convenient and basic.. Only thing I didn’t like was tires…I felt like they were under rated with an atv on the top. Drug it down south and one of my tires was about ready to pop from severe wear. Both looked similar.

I have a full separate wardrobe closet for shed closures. Gotta adapt to survive. Once the announcement is made, I break out the visor and Patagonia apparel, grab the “I like trees” water bottle and hit the hills for some ignorant bliss.

I’m a rock hound. Fascinated with rocks. Everything is buried right now so I stick to the south facing slopes. Sometimes I have to move sheds to get to my rocks.

Normally one or just a mtn bike. That was my dads last elk hunt before his heart condition ended his hunting career. So my dad had his, brother (who has never hunted) had his, I had mine and my buddy had his. They are beneficial when used properly. We could have never gotten as far in as we did...
